Eligibility

This course is suitable for students between the age group 12-18 years. No prior experience required. Upon successful completion of the course students shall receive a Certificate. Students must carry a laptop for this course.

Duration

This course is of 15 sessions. Each session is of 2 hours. MakersLoft provides flexibility of learning experience, so students can learn at their own pace. You can do classes once a week during school days to upto 5 times a week during holidays and vacations. Classes are available on week days as well as on weekends.

This course will help students with a headstart in their career of choice, be it Robotics, Game Development, App Development, Software or any Science, Technology, Engineering or even Design track. Students who are interested in developing their constructional, problem solving & coding skills further are recommended to enroll for Robotics course.

Which programming language should your child be learning?

Here’s a quick guide:

  • C++ is recommended for students who want a career in robotics, electronics as well as game development. For classes 6-12
  • Java is used widely to develop web based applications, websites, apps. For classes 8-12
  • Python for those who want to develop career in game development, Electronics/Internet of Things (IoT), mobile apps etc. It is easier to learn as it is more intuitive and less complex that the above. For classes 8-12
